BOW Limited Warranty

BOW warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, when purchased directly from BOW or an authorized dealer. If service is needed under this warranty due to a manufacturing defect or malfunction within the warranty period, BOW will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective item at no charge.

Tube and Speaker Warranty

There is a 90-day warranty on both vacuum tubes and speakers provided in BOW products. After this period, any issues related to tube or speaker malfunction are not covered. If a vacuum tube or speaker fails within the 90-day period, please contact us via the [Contact Page](link to contact page).

Extended Warranty

While amplifiers older than one (1) year are not covered under the standard warranty, BOW will review extended warranty claims on a case-by-case basis after the initial year has passed.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to BOW products sold to original purchasers directly or through authorized dealers. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and available only to the original purchaser.

To receive warranty service, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase, including customer’s name, dealer’s name, product purchased, date of purchase, and the product’s serial number. Products found defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with an equivalent product) at BOW’s discretion.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper operation, water exposure, or theft

• Shipping costs for returning the product for warranty service

• Service performed by anyone other than BOW or its authorized technicians. Products serviced by unauthorized individuals will void this warranty

• Any product with a defaced, altered, or removed serial number

• Damage to other components connected to the product

• Products not purchased from an authorized BOW dealer

How to Obtain Service Under Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact BOW through the [Contact Page]. Arrangements can be made to send your amplifier back to BOW for repair. Unauthorized third-party repairs will void the warranty; however, the warranty may be reinstated after a factory inspection or repair.

Extended Warranty on Certain Components

Some components used in BOW products may have warranties extending beyond one (1) year. For details, please contact BOW.
